By purchasing a ticket to and attending the Johnny Appleseed Days Beer and Cider Fest the attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. All sales are final and there will be no refunds.
2. The event will be held rain or shine.
3. All attendees must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the day of the event in order to consume beer and/or other alcoholic beverages.
4. In order to gain admission to the Johnny Appleseed Days Beer and Cider Fest and consume beer/cider/craft cocktails, the attendee must have a valid admission ticket issued by the Lake City Chamber of Commerce through its ticketing service, and provide a valid photo identification, such as a driver’s license, as proof of age at the time of admission.
5. The hours of the event session are as set forth on the admission ticket, and no beer/cider/craft cocktails may be consumed before or after the session for which the attendee has been ticketed. In addition, attendee agrees to vacate the designated event venue within thirty (30) minutes of the end of the session for which the attendee is ticketed.
6. The 2024 Beer and Cider Fest will be held outdoors on Washington Street under a tent. Attendee agrees to stay within the tent for the event.
7. No children under the age of twenty-one (21) will be admitted with attendee.
8. No pets, except registered service animals may enter the event premises.
9. No firearms, knives or weapons of any type will be admitted with attendee, even if legal and attendee is licensed to carry such weapons.
10. The attendee may be refused entrance to the event, and may be ordered to leave the event venue, if it is believed, in the sole discretion of the Beer and Cider Fest, that the attendee is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
11. The attendee will be evicted from the event if attendee becomes intoxicated or exhibits unruly or disruptive behavior that the Beer and Cider Fest, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for the event.
12. No alcohol may be brought into the event by attendee, nor may attendee consume beer, cider, or craft cocktails from any container except the tasting glass issued to attendee upon admission.
13. No marketing materials for any product, service or event may be distributed by attendee.
14. Attendee must wear and display the wristband, or other admission identifier, issued by Beer and Cider Fest and use the commemorative sampling glass issued by Beer and Cider Fest in order to be served beer, cider, and/or craft cocktails.
15. Attendee agrees to have any bags or packages be subject to search by Beer and Cider Fest before entering the event.
16. Attendee agrees that Beer and Cider Fest may photograph or video attendees at the event and use those images on its website or for promotional purposes.
17. Attendee agrees to act in full compliance with Minnesota laws and Lake City ordinances at all times during the event.
18. Attendee will not bring to the venue or operate any drone, helicopter, balloon or similar airborne device.
19. Attendee agrees that any violations of these Terms and Conditions will result in attendee being evicted from the event without any refund.
20. WAIVER AND RELEASE – By purchasing a ticket for, and by attending the Johnny Appleseed Days Beer and Cider Fest attendee fully understands, agrees and accepts sole responsibility for attendees’ actions, both during and after the event. Attendee hereby releases, waives, discharges and holds harmless all persons involved with or associated with the Beer and Cider Fest, including, but not limited to the Lake City Chamber of Commerce, together with all event organizers, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, agents, servants, or employees of the above from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by attendee while participating in the Johnny Appleseed Days Beer and Cider Fest, or while traveling to or from the event. Attendee is fully aware of any risks and hazards connected with participation in the Beer and Cider Fest and agrees to voluntarily participate in the event and assume any risk associated thereto, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or property damage resulting from attendance at the Beer and Cider Fest.
